1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using EnjoyThis ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Description of service
EnjoyThis is a personal content inbox that allows users to send articles, videos, songs, and other web content to other users with a personal note. The Service is available via enjoythis.app and associated browser tools.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may not create an account if you have previously been banned from the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass other users, distribute illegal content, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws. You may not use the Service to send content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Content
EnjoyThis does not host content — it links to content hosted on third-party websites. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share via the Service does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. We do not review or moderate content before it is sent, but we provide tools for users to report and block inappropriate content.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your email address to send transactional notifications and, for paid members, a weekly digest of unread items.
7. Subscription and billing
EnjoyThis offers a free tier with a 10-item inbox limit and a paid membership at $1.99 per year for unlimited access. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically on an annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to sending spam, harassing other users, or engaging in abuse. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked through the Service.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnjoyThis and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
